Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using ViperCore POS software (“the Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon successful purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use one edition (Restaurant or Retail) of ViperCore POS on your devices. Each edition requires a separate license purchase.

This license includes:

• Full access to all features within the purchased edition
• A free update plan included with your purchase (occasional updates and bug fixes at no extra cost)
• Continued use of the Software indefinitely, whether or not the optional Pro Maintenance plan is subscribed
• Assisted license transfer to a new machine if your PC is replaced

3. Pricing & Payment

• Lifetime access is priced at ₹10,000 per edition, one-time, with a free update plan included
• The optional Pro Maintenance plan (monthly updates, priority fixes and priority support) is ₹2,000 per year
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Payments are processed securely through our payment providers
• Prices are subject to change with notice for new purchases

4. Refund Policy

Every purchase carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If ViperCore is not right for your business, or you experience technical issues that prevent the Software from functioning as described, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

5. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software to third parties
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Share your activation key with others or use it on unauthorized devices
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all business data created using ViperCore POS. All data is stored locally on your computer. We do not access, collect, or store your operational business data (orders, menu items, inventory, financial records).

7. Software Updates

The free update plan included with your purchase provides occasional updates and bug fixes. The optional Pro Maintenance plan (₹2,000 per year) provides monthly updates, priority bug fixes, and priority support. If a Pro Maintenance subscription lapses, the Software continues to function fully and indefinitely. It will not lock, expire, or stop working. It simply returns to the free update plan.

8. Limitation of Liability

ViperCore is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

9. Tax Compliance

ViperCore POS includes built-in GST calculation and receipt formatting aligned with India’s Goods and Services Tax framework. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring your business complies with all applicable tax laws and regulations.

10. Termination

Your license is perpetual and does not expire. We reserve the right to suspend access to update services if these terms are violated. You may stop using the Software at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
